Selling our house turned out to be much more of an ordeal than either of us had anticipated. To be honest, we were disappointed and surprised that our house didn't sell more rapidly, that we didn't get more offers, and that we didnØt get a better price for it in the end. Buy we believe that given our circumstances and the downturn of the market, we were lucky to sell at all.
You worked long and diligently to get the job done. You cautioned against needless, expensive fix-up work, which save us money in the end.
